I'm not much of a pie maker but those granny smith apples at Sprout's looked so good that a bought a big bunch of them. So, now I am heading to the kitchen to make some pies! I will let you know how that turns out!
The new washer and dryer are being delivered by Home Depot this afternoon! It is so exciting that I didn't do laundry yesterday so we would have EXTRA today. Seriously...it is true!
The child-led conferences for Amber and Tyler went well yesterday. I learned that Tyler spends most of his time in class at the math center and Amber almost never goes to the math center in her class...interesting. We brought home a beautiful succulent from Tyler's class to re-pot and return. The pot had gotten broken at school.Grandma Iwig provided the pot for us. Notice the bike helmet. Once he puts it on after school, he doesn't take it off until dinner, even if he isn't riding his bike or scooter. You never know when you may need to quickly jump on your bike!
